2020 Summer Lacrosse Program

Five easy steps to register for summer.

  1. Sign your player(s) up for a US Lacrosse membership at www.uslacrosse.org/membershipBe sure to write down the membership number, you will need it for EALA registration.
  2. Click on the registration banner on the EALA home page and log in to the registration site. You will have to set up an account if your son/daughter has not played for EALA before.
  3. Follow the directions on the registration site.
  4. Securely pay with a credit card or mail a check to the address indicated.  Any discounts which you qualify for will be applied at checkout.
  5. Within 48 hours of registration you will receive an email with instructions on how to order your child(s) jersey.
     

Here is some general information about EALA's Summer Program -

The EALA Summer Lacrosse Program begins in late May and ends in late July.  Opportunities are available for boys and girls from kindergarten through 11th grade.  Here is a summary of the focus for each age group -

GIRLS

  • Grades K-3:  Players learn about the sport and develop skills in our "in-house" program

  • Grades 4/5:  Players build foundational skills and learn game concepts during practices while participating in 1X/week small-sided games through the Girls BELL League

  • Grades 6/7:  Players sharpen stick skills, grow understanding of full-field game, and learn game strategies during practices while participating in 1X/week small-sided games through the Girls BELL League

  • Grades 8/9:  Players execute full-field games and develop position-specific concepts while participating in 1X/week small-sided games through the Girls BELL League

  • Grades 10/11:  Players execute full-field games, sharpen stick skills and develop position-specific concepts while participating in 1X/week small-sided games through the Girls BELL League

BOYS

  • Grades K-3:  Players learn the game and develop skills in our "in-house" program
  • Grades 4/5:  Players build foundational skills and learn game concepts during practices while participating in 1X/week small-sided (5v5) games through the WNY Boys Lacrosse League
  • Grades 6/7:  Players sharpen stick skills, grow understanding of full-field game and learn game strategies during practices while participating in 2X/week games through the WNY Boys Lacrosse League
  • Grades 8/9:  Players execute full-field games and develop position-specific concepts while participating in 2X/week games through the WNY Boys Lacrosse League
  • Grades 10/11:  Players execute full-field games and develop position-specific concepts while participating in 2X/week games through the WNY Boys Lacrosse League

All players must be members of US Lacrosse.  Go to the US Lacrosse website to join and see all of the information and benefits provided by this excellent organization.
